People looking for an apprenticeship spot yet having difficulties in the job market need a chance to integrate themselves into a functioning working environment. A completed apprenticeship opens up genuine perspectives for them. That is precisely the objective of the initiative founded in 2004, “OTG Zukunft durch Ausbildung” (OTG Education for the Future”). To date, 227 apprenticeship contracts have been signed, and many graduates have found jobs in the regular labour market after completing their training.
